Tent and Dance Floor Capacity
A general reference would be:
Standup Cocktail Party - 5 to 6 square feet per person
Buffet Dinner - 7 to 8 square feet per person
Sit Down Dinner - 10 square feet per person using 48", 60"
or 72" round tables.
12 Square feet per person using 6' or 8' long banquet tables.
Dance area - 2 to 3 square feet per person.

Rental Terms and Policies
Rates: Rental rates are quoted for one day or weekend. Rates for longer periods are quoted upon request.
Deposit/Payment: A 50% deposit is required in order to make a reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to delivery.
Delivery/Pickup: Delivery/pickup is made to the ground floor, backyard or tent only and within a reasonable distance. An additional charge will be added for upstairs, downstairs or elevator deliveries.
Delivery must be made to, and equipment kept in, a sheltered location to protect items from elements and /or theft.
Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked. After the event, items must be stacked and ready for pickup at the same place they were delivered.
Cleaning: All china, flatware, serving pieces and linen are to be rinsed free of food and returned to the proper container. Linen must be dry before repackaging.
Breakage or loss: Customer will pay any breakage or loss at the replacement cost of the item.

We will be happy to inspect your site and provide a computerized layout at no cost or obligation to you.
We are continually adding to our inventory. Please call for items you do not see listed. We can either locate them or tell you where they can be obtained.
Check with your local Fire Marshall for regulations that may require tent permits. |
